Thank you Lochside Teachers and Staff for a successful start to our 2021-2022 school year.
Popcorn Day
Popcorn day forms and $5 are due now to your student’s teacher. Each month starting in October we will provide popcorn to all the children who have signed up. If you have filled out the form, but forgot to send the money please do as soon as possible.
We are looking for 1 or 2 class reps for each classroom. Many classrooms now have Class Reps, but there are still a few that need parent volunteers. This is a very important and fun role that allows you to be a part of your child's class and an integral part of easy communication between class, LEPAC and parents.
Some of the responsibilities of a class rep are:
Ask and sign up parent volunteers for events such as fun lunches, field trips etc. (Sign up genius is a free program that works amazing for things like this)
To send out important information on events from your teacher and LEPAC
It would be good if at least one of the two class reps could attend the LEPAC monthly meeting so they are aware of what is happening at present and in the future.

Halloween Committee
We are looking for volunteers and for someone to lead our Halloween event this year! This year's event will look different than past years, but we expect it to be a lot of fun. If you are interested in helping plan this event please contact us a lochsidepac63@gmail.com. We will be putting out a call for day of volunteers sometime in October so watch for more information.
LEPAC Budget
Our 2021-22 proposed budget was presented at the September LEPAC Meeting, and will be voted on at the October 12th meeting. Here are the budgets as presented
Covid Safety
Please remember to give teachers space when dropping off and picking up. We also recommend wearing a mask when on school property. Masks are mandatory inside the school should you have to enter for any reason.
