Hello Lochside Families,
By now you should have received an email from the school district and the school outlining your options for school this year. If you haven't already, read it and fill out the Declaration Form, please do this now as it is due tomorrow August 31st by 3pm.

Important to note, this letter asks all families to respond for each child what their plans are for this upcoming school year. Families need to choose from 1 of the 4 options for schooling listed. This information is critical to schools as they head into the start of this school year. This declaration form takes very little time and can be done right from your phone, tablet or computer.
