Students will be creating their final piece to showcase their wonderings, research, and learning. These final projects will be used in our classroom museum which you can visit on Thursday, March 15. More details to come soon!

Gym: This week we will be finishing our unit on cooperative games. On Friday, students will participate in the “Lochside Amazing Race.” Working in teams of eight, students will complete a series of fun challenges and tasks to showcase their teamwork, problem solving, and communication skills.

Language Arts: This week students will be writing a new paragraph for their autobiography books. The topic of this paragraph is “future goals.” Students will reflect and write about what they want to accomplish in the future and share why these goals are important to them and what steps they will take in order to meet those goals.

Drama: This week students will be continuing their work of “stepping into character.” Students will participate in a variety of drama games and activities to foster classroom community and strengthen communication skills.
