The Saanich Peninsula Local Action Team is sponsoring an upcoming workshop "Strengthen Your Child's Resilience: Managing Child & Youth Stress".
Julie-Anne Richards, who presented last year on Childhood Anxiety, returns to the Saanich Peninsula to discuss how to help children and youth manage stress.
