Dear Lochside community,
There are a number up upcoming important dates:
November 17 - Fresh to You delivery. Bundles should be available for pick up between 2:30–5 pm that day at the school. Please pick up your bundle(s) that day. If you can help on this day, please email lepacvolunteers@gmail.com.
November 18 - LEPAC meeting at 6:00pm in the staff lounge. We will be voting to pass the proposed 2015/2016 budget and would love to see all who are able to attend. Childminding will be provided in the library.
November 20 - Monster Scholastic Book Fair opens! Please watch for details and a book fair flyer coming home in your child’s backpack on Monday. This is a wonderful event that creates a lot of excitement around reading with our students and we look forward to seeing you. This is a busy event and we don't yet have enough volunteers. Please sign up for a shift using our sign up form.
November 27 - Dinner and a Movie Night! Take the night off and join us for dinner and a movie at 5:45 in the gymnasium. We will be viewing the smash hit “Inside Out” and will have pizza, popcorn and cookies for sale. Wear your pyjamas and bring your sleeping bags and pillows for a fun-filled evening! Don’t forget your water bottles! Please see the attached poster for details. If you can help serve pizza, popcorn and cookies, please be there at 5:15pm to set up.
Nov 27-Dec 11 - Our annual Fill the House Food Drive! Watch for paper bags from Thrifty’s and details coming home in your child’s backpack soon. We are in need of extra large boxes to construct our “House” in the school foyer. If you have any furniture or appliance boxes that you are able to donate, please contact Kelly Perry.
