Fun Lunch
The ordering deadline for this year's Fun Lunches is this Thursday Oct 15th. Parents need to sign up for the entire year at this link. Please drop payment off at the school before Oct 30th.
Fresh To You Fall Fundraiser
Get your fruit and veggies here! Support our school and nourish your family by purchasing a bundle of delicious BC produce from our fundraiser. Orders with payment are due on Thursday, October 15th. Follow this link for more information, plus an order form.
Volunteers Needed for the Halloween Event
Our Halloween event is fast approaching and our schedule is now confirmed. Please email lepacvolunteers@gmail.com to secure your shift. We can't put on an event like this without your help. It's a great time to be in the school! Shifts are 45 minutes and cover everything from set up, front door ticket selling, food service, games, recycling and clean up.
Check out the attached poster for more information about the Halloween bash. Back by popular demand is the cupcake walk. Nut-free, decorated cupcakes will be welcomed in the Lochside kitchen on October 30th to be included in the cupcake walk. Follow the link for more information.
Parent Education Night
COPACS will be hosting its first parent education night of the school year on October 20th from 7-9pm at Sidney Elementary, titled 'Social Media and Internet Safety' with Darren Laur. Follow this link for details and to RSVP. The night is offered free of charge to all interested parents in the SD#63 community. Your support is greatly appreciated.
Update to the Wednesday Walking School Bus!
Beginning Wed, Oct 21st the drop off location has changed from Emily Carr park to Rithetwood/Pondwood corner off Royal Oak Ave. Parents can drop off kids on Pondwood Lane, volunteers will be there at 8:15 until 8:25 to walk with kids to school.
