Please note the following parent education event, "A Celebration of the Adolescent Brain". A look at adolescent brain development and how it impacts attitudes, behaviours, emotions,relationships, and risk taking and what parents can do to support their youth. Presented by Dr. Carol-Ann Saari, a child and adolescent psychiatrist, medical director of the Provincial Youth Concurrent Disorders Program and current President of the BC Psychiatric Association. Current Volunteer Opportunities:
The Food Committee is currently seeking more individuals who are interested in being on a team to cater food events at Lochside. Can you chop lettuce? Can you order burgers? Sign up now and learn from the best - our food guru Terry, before he moves along to middle school. Having a team of 6-8 individuals will make this role much easier. Don't worry....there aren't that many food events!

special luncheon. Any help in any area would be grealy
appreciated.
Families that ordered a veggie bundle through the Fresh To You Fundraiser will be able to pick up their orders on Wednesday, May 6th, after school. Volunteers will be needed for this as well.
