Dear Parents & Guardians:
The Fun Lunch sign up deadline for this month’s Fun Lunch is this Wed Oct 15th at midnight. We encourage you to sign up for the whole year or multiple months at a time as it really cuts down on the administration for our volunteers! Follow the instructions as they were sent home via paper.
This week is a LEPAC Meeting, Wed. night at 6:30 in the staff room. The budget will be voted on & childminding will be available. All parents welcome.
Popcorn day will be this Friday!
Our first major fundraiser of the year is the Pirate Pizza Party at 5:30PM on Thursday October 23rd. While the Pirate Pizza Party is shaping up to be our best ever, we still need a few volunteers to really make it go. Shifts are only a half hour in duration and your participation would be a huge help. Please contact Mary at lepacvolunteers@gmail.com to help out. We also need families to make cupcakes to help make this fundraiser a success. See attachment for more info!
Coupon Book orders are DUE tomorrow, Tuesday the 14th! If you don’t want to purchase the one that came home with your child, please return it also by tomorrow, the 14th. Thank you for support of this fundraiser.
