Volunteer face painters needed for Fun Day this Thursday the 20th from 9am-11am. No experience necessary and you can come for the whole time or just a portion of it! We also need some parents to prepare and distribute fruit between 9 and 10am to all the classes as a treat on Fun Day. Please email lepacvolunteers@gmail.com to help out. Thank You!!
There are several dishes and utensils from the Teacher/Staff Appreciation Luncheon that have not been claimed! These can be found in the staffroom.
Our last LEPAC Meeting of the year is this Wed night from 6:30 to 8:00pm in the staff room. All parents are welcome to attend and child-minding will be available.
The last Fun Lunch of the year is this Friday – please check in with your class reps to see if your class needs help. Thank you to all the parents who have been so great at helping to facilitate Fun Lunch this year and especially to our Fun Lunch Coordinators Tin Kwan and Stephanie Kalabric.
Our LEPAC Year End BBQ is coming up on Friday June 21st - from 5:30 to 8:00pm, see poster attached! As we want to cut down on our single-use plastic waste, PLEASE bring your own water bottles to this event. We will have a re-filling station available for people to use. We also still need a few more parents to volunteer. Please email lepacvolunteers@gmail.com to help out. Thank You!!
Next week, we will have collection boxes in front of the office for unwanted but re-usable school supplies. These will be sorted and re-distributed to other schools in Saanich that have a greater concentration of families in need.
