In Case You Missed It in yesterday's newsletter...

Your support is needed for our COMMUNITY VALUES fundraiser to help us achieve our goal to raise money.

Community Values is a new take on the traditional coupon book. For only $35…this book features:

- Over $5,000 in Savings at businesses in the Greater Victoria area.

- A stamp page that will allow NEW merchants to offer deals throughout the year

- Custom Coupon Templates to make your own coupons to share with family and friends

- Weekend Jar Coupons to experience local things to do for free with your family

- Bonus Savings and Contests year-round on Instagram @community_values_victoria

[HOW TO BUY A BOOK: 4 OPTIONS]

Your child was sent home with a coupon book, parent letter, order form, and prize flyer. You may purchase as many books as you like. You can pay by cash, cheque, etransfer to lepacpayments(@)gmail.com, or on the HotLunch website.

1) Cash – please put money in an envelope or Ziplock with your child’s name on it

2) Cheque – make cheques payable to Lochside PAC (Put your child’s name and div in the memo line)

3) E-Transfer - lepacpayments@gmail.com Please put child’s name and div in the memo

4) HotLunches- lochside@hotlunches.net or via the hotlunches website (bit.ly/funlunch2023)

*Note: This is NOT a free book if you choose to not buy or sell it, please return it ASAP

- Every student was given 1 coupon book.
- If they do not want to participate in the fundraiser (buying the book themselves or selling it), they are to return it asap.
- If they want to buy just the one book, they can pay the $35 however they choose of the 4 payment options. The book is then theirs to keep. An order form for the one book needs to come to school even if they pay via etransfer or the hotlunch website.
- If they want to buy/sell more than one book, an order form must come to the school. Extra order forms will be available at the office if they need them. 
- Once we receive an order form, a book will be sent to the student's class as soon as possible (this is why we need books returned. We can order more anytime but we need to account for the 422 sent out first)
- Prizes will go out to students on Friday Oct 6 and Friday Oct 13. Grand prize winners will be announced sometime between Oct 16-31 - as soon as we can account for all 422 books.
