Thank you so much to our Fun Lunch volunteers last Friday!
Speaking of Fun Lunch…
There seems to be an uptick in kids thinking they were supposed to receive a Fun Lunch when none was actually ordered for them. As much as we would love to give these children a lunch, it causes a lot of extra work for volunteers and administrators so please communicate with your children whether or not you have ordered a Fun Lunch for them so they know what to expect. If you’re not sure yourself, an automated reminder is sent out the Thursday before each Fun Lunch reminding you of your order. If you didn’t get the email, then you didn’t make an order. Going into the new year, volunteers will be going strictly off of their order sheets.
And on that note, ordering Fun Lunch for the new year is now open! The deadline for ordering is January 5th by the end of the day.

Holiday Book Shop
The holiday bookshop was a huge success! Thank you to all the volunteers who helped the children carefully select and wrap their book choices. We were able to make a donation of $354 to the Mustard Seed!
Food Drive
Our food drive for the Mustard Seed and our Lochside Community is continuing until December 15. Our foyer is getting seriously full of great food and it’s so wonderful to see this outpouring from the community!
We had to change the date of the hamper packing to tomorrow from 3-4:30. If you can help us, please check sign up here
Virtual Wish Tree
A last reminder that all wishes must be brought to the office by Monday December 12th at 3:00pm

Grade 5 Fundraisers - Tree Chipping and Bottle Drive
Plan ahead now - there will be tree chipping and a bottle drive happening at the Lochside parking lot on January 7th. Thank you for your support!
