Holiday Book Sale Donations Needed!

We will be having a holiday book sale again this year, which allows each child to pick a book of their choice to give to a family member for Christmas.  This is such a neat time for children to be able to choose a gift for a loved one by themselves. In order to make this happen we do need donations of books, wrapping paper and bows/ribbons. There will be boxes at the front office to place your donations in. Thanks in advance!

Middle School Assessment Practices

This year, all Saanich Middle Schools will be changing their assessment practices to reflect the BC Ministry of Education guidelines for communication of learning. Carly Hunter, Director of Instruction: Learning and Innovation, will be leading a district-wide parent information meeting to discuss these changes at Bayside Middle School on December 3 at 7:00 pm.

For further information, please see Carly's information letter
