THANK YOUS!

Thank you to Tanya H. for helping to wash and distribute pears from the BC School Fruit & Vegetable Nutritional Program to classrooms, and to Jodi H. for organizing this program.

We want to thank all Lochside staff for inviting parents and guardians to participate in Family Literacy Day this past Friday.   We enjoyed reading with our children and witnessed the joy of reading in our community when all our teachers and students dressed up as their favourite story characters!!!  Thank yousmile

LEPAC wants to extend a thank you to Trish J.M. and our Internet Safety Committee for organizing our parent education night.  The topic of Online Safety and parenting in an online world was presented and great tips were provided. Thank you Telus Wise!

Games in the Gym

The Gym is open every Tuesday and Thursday between now and Spring Break.  Just simply have your child get their indoor shoes and meet us in the gym.  From 8-8:35am there will be supervised activities in the gym. We will walk kindergarten students directly to class at 8:35.  Parents do not need to stay, so take advantage of early access to use the parking lot, a chance to get to work earlier, and many other benefits!

This event has been such a success that we need a third volunteer each day. To volunteer sign up just follow the link https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0E4EAFAF2AA5FB6-games
