LEPAC would like to thank Lisa Alexander as well all the Lochside staff for putting on such an amazing Winter concert this year.  What a wonderful way to finish the calendar year.

 

 

REMINDERS

 

Fun Lunch (Jan-June)

 

The lochside.hotlunches.net website is now open for fun lunch orders for January-June 2019. If you did not sign up for the fall our school code is LSHL. The deadline for ordering and paying for lunches for the rest of the year is January 11th. We are encouraging online payment using PayPal, but if you want to pay using cash or cheque please deliver these to the Fun Lunch envelope in your child's classroom by January 11th, along with the remittance for from the website. Cheques payable to LEPAC. Please contact Kirsty and Christy if you have any questions at lochsidefunlunch@gmail.com. Thank you!  

 

 

Recording of Winter Concerts

 

For those who ordered the Winter Concert recording, we will be delivering the USB sticks to teachers to give to your child on January 11th.  Please watch for them in their backpacks!

 

 

 

Games in the Gym

 

We are looking for parents to supervise Games in the Gym between Jan 8th and March 14th.  Two volunteers are required per Games in the Gym session. Responsibilities include: opening up the storage room in the gym to access equipment; signing kids in and reminding them to change into their indoor shoes; supervising games/activities; walking kindergarten kids to their classroom after the program; and cleaning up the gym equipment.

Grade 5 Fundraising Bottle Drive & Tree Chipping

Everyone please consider saving your bottles for the Lochside Elementary Bottle drive taking place Saturday January 12th from 11 am to 3 pm at the parking lot of Lochside Elementary. There will also be tree chipping by donation. Please see attached flyer. All the proceeds go to help send the Grade 5s to Camp Thunderbird. We are also looking for a few parent volunteers to help count and sort during the bottle drive. All interested parties please email rsangha.van@gmail.com
