Fun lunch
It’s the last fun lunch of this school year this Friday!
Year End BBQ
Lochside's annual Year End BBQ is coming up soon!
- When: June 23rd from 5pm to 8pm (Food Service from 5pm - 7pm)
- Where: Lochside School
- What: BBQ hamburgers, hot dogs (vegetarian option available) and sides with all the trimmings for a suggested donation of $5 per meal. Bouncy castles, photo booth, dancing, face-painting, relay races, temporary tattoos, bubble wands, freezies and more! We will also be auctioning off 6 separate months of VIP parking in the school parking lot and 4 VIP front row seats to our winter concert ... more details to come!
- Bring: Blankets and chairs, water bottles and cameras.
This is such a fun event and a great way to get together and visit with other families in our Lochside Community. We hope to see you there!
We are in need of 39 volunteers to make this event happen. Please see the sign up genius and if you can volunteer for a shift it would be greatly appreciated.
Lost and Found
Please remember to visit the Lost and Found to claim lost items. The school will be bundling things up to donate to charity by the last week of June.
Survey
School District 63 has posted its annual "How Are We Doing?" survey and are asking you to take just a few minutes and respond. Please click the link to the survey, then click on the ‘parent’ link. The survey will remain up until June 16, 2017.
Thrifty Smile Card Fundraiser
June 24 Deadline - Act NOW!!!
5% to LEPAC for every dollar loaded onto your smile card!!! $1933.96 out of $2500 is how much we have collected this year.
Let’s make one FINAL PUSH to hit $2500 our fund raising limit.
YOU can make a difference! We need families to put money on to your LEPAC smile card NOW before June 24. With each $100 you put on your smile card, $5 goes to activities and supplies that benefit your children at Lochside Elementary. This month, LEPAC is sponsoring UVic Science Venture in the classroom.

Unplug & Play
Unplug & Play has started and will continue all summer long! Join your friends on Sundays from 1-3 at the school for some outdoor fun.
