Only a few more sleeps until the Thrifty Foods kids run this Sunday October 9th! If you are interested in meeting for a school group photo and a quick cheer please meet at the fountain directly behind the parliament buildings at 10 am on Superior Street. It would be great to get a group shot filled with happy kids and of course our huge Lochside Lizard spirit! After we take the photo we can walk to the start line together for the warm up. Once the warm up is complete, kids will be directed to their start line based on age category. Please note that all parents are responsible for watching their own children even though we are registered as a team.
Some things to remember:
- Race is this Sunday October 9th.
- Team picture is at 10 am at water fountain behind Parliament building
- Race start time is 10:15 am
- Don’t forget your child’s tee shirt and race number
- Be sure to fill out child’s name and medical information on back of race number
