Penny Draper Visit:
Author of the "Disaster Strikes" series Penny Draper, visited Lochside on Feb. 20th to speak to our grade 4/5 students. Not only did she tell us a spooky story about werewolves in Quebec, she also told us a lot about how she plans for, researches and writes her novels. Students and staff alike thoroughly enjoyed her visit and it is no surprise that Penny Draper's novels are difficult to find on our library shelves these days!
