Dear Lochside Families,
We are so excited that our Lochside Year End Picnic will be happening next week, June 22 beginning at 5pm. We're looking forward to seeing many of you there!!
We wanted to send out this quick blast with a bit more info on the event:
- The jar raffle table is slowly filling with very exciting prizes for the kids. We will be accepting jar prizes all the way until next Thursday. Fill a clean empty jar with whatever trinkets you think will be fun for kids and leave them at the table in the foyer.
- Tickets for the raffle are $1 each and tickets for early draws can be purchased this Friday June 16 and Monday June 19 from 8:15am-8:45am and 11:15am to 11:45am. Pre-draws will happen on those days near the end of the school day. The rest of the ticket purchasing and draws will happen at the Picnic.
- Please bring a bit of cash to the Picnic for our 50/50, jar raffle and photo booth donation bin. Food trucks accept cards.
- We still really need volunteers. These are all 30 minute slots. Our signup sheet is here and to summarize, we still need:
- Helpers for Setup
- 4-5pm x 2 volunteers
- Bouncy Castle supervisors
- 5-5:30 x2 volunteers
- 5:30-6:00 x2 volunteers
- 6:30-7 x4 volunteers
- 7:30-8 x 3 volunteers

- Take Down and Clean Up
