Executive Role | Duties |
COPACS Rep | i) Shall attend COPACS meetings, ii) Shall report back to LEPAC iii) Shall seek input from LEPAC when required |
Communications Coordinator | i) Shall coordinate communications from LEPAC to the Lochside community through different platforms such as the LEPAC section of the school website, Parent Facebook group, emails, etc. |
Member at Large (2) | i)who shall accept duties as required |
Any Executive position may be shared by up to two members. Executive members are expected to attend meetings regularly. | |

Fun Lunch Coordinator | Organizes our Fun Lunch program and is available on Fun Lunch Fridays during the lunch period |
Halloween 2023 Chair | Leads a team to plan the Halloween event |
Staff Appreciation 2023 and 24 Chair | Leads a team to plan the Staff Appreciation week/day |
Book Fair 2024 Chair | Coordinates with staff and organizes the Book Fair |
