Welcome Lochside Families to a new School Year!
We are looking forward to another memorable school year at Lochside. A very special welcome to all new families and staff.
LEPAC Exec volunteers will be at the front of the school to help welcome back families. There will be photo props, coffee and treats - bring your travel mug if you can!

Thank you to Trish, Kelsey, Leanne and Louisea for helping distribute Monks orders to families last Friday. If you were unable to pick up your order, it will be delivered to your child once their classroom has been assigned.
Parking
A friendly reminder that parking and the school parking lot can be chaotic. To help make the school transitions less stressful we recommend parking offsite and walking the last few minutes to Lochside. If you are using the school parking lot, remember to drive all the way to the end of the drop off lane, let your student(s) out and then continue out of the parking lot. This lane should not be used if you need to assist your student(s) in getting out of the car. When parking on the side streets around Lochside please follow all posted signs and be respectful of our neighbours.
First LEPAC Meeting - Tuesday September 13th
Every parent is invited to attend the first LEPAC meeting of the year. The meeting starts at 6:30pm in the Learning Commons. This is a great time to hear the plans for the 2022-2023 school year, get an update from Administration and to meet other parents. Volunteers
LEPAC needs many volunteers throughout the year to help make our many initiatives successful. Volunteers who will be in the school and potentially interacting with students will need a Criminal Record Check completed. This must be done every 3 years. Please watch for the information on how to do this when the start-up package of forms goes home with your student. If you wish to be contacted about volunteer opportunities or have something in mind that you want to do with the school, please email lepacvolunteers@gmail.com
