Staff Appreciation Week! May 24-27
Do you have a flag (any shape or size) we can borrow? Or other decorations you are willing to lend? We are looking to decorate the school with international decorations.
Let’s show off Lochside’s cultural diversity and show our staff they’re the Best in the World!
Please watch for our sign up genius that will be coming soon! We will need people to share international food for a potluck, maybe give a dance or art lesson, help with setup and cleanup.
Also, remind your students to complete their Flag Art by May 20th. Students are also encouraged to wear all week long, jerseys, traditional attire or anything that represents who they are and where their family comes from!
Please ensure you are doing a daily health check with your student(s) and keeping children home if they are not feeling well and then following guidance of public health or the BCCDC as to when they can return.
Reporting an Absence or Late Arrival
Please email lochside_attendance@saanichschools.ca to report your child’s absence or late arrival. You may copy the email to the classroom teacher as well.

We have a few fundraisers that run year-round and help out LEPAC with things you might ordinarily do anyway
Our new bottle refund bin - leave your returnable empties in the blue bin at the end of the driveway
Country Grocer - Save your receipts and bring them back to school with your child
Mabel’s Labels - Try and save your kids’ items from the Lost & Found with cute little labels here. A portion of your purchase will be sent back to LEPAC!
