LEPAC AGM and Nominations
Our AGM will be held in person in the Learning Commons on May 10 from 6:30-8pm. This is a very important meeting to learn about what LEPAC has been up to for the last year and also vote in next year’s executive. Fun Lunch Helpers

We are also looking for one more person to team up with our new Fun Lunch Coordinator starting in the new school year. Many hands make lighter work, and this is such a beloved PAC function at our school. Please consider stepping up.
Staff Appreciation - Call Out
We will be celebrating our staff over the first week of May and would love to get as much help as we can from our families.
We want to show our Lochside staff that they are The Best in the World. You can expect a little homework project to come home with your children soon.
Ways we are hoping to show the staff our appreciation is through decorations, potluck foods, help with setup and takedown throughout the week. Please email us if you are able to help and keep your eyes and ears open for more updates.
Don’t forget to report an Absence or Late Arrival the proper way
Email lochside_attendance@saanichschools.ca to report your child’s absence or late arrival. Don’t just the email the classroom teacher - they may be away too!
Ongoing Fundraisers
We have a few fundraisers that run year-round and help out LEPAC with things you might ordinarily do anyway
Our bottle refund bin - leave your returnable empties in the blue bin at the end of the driveway (don’t forget milk cartons now!)
Country Grocer - Save your receipts and bring them back to school with your child
Mabel’s Labels - Try and save your kids’ items from the Lost & Found with cute little labels here. A portion of your purchase will be sent back to LEPAC!
