Kindergarten Registration for Fall 2021 (students born in 2016)

Tuesday, January 26th - IN GYM - Use outside entrance

7:30 am - 9:00 am

1.	Please ensure you bring: Original documentation and photocopies for our office to keep.
2.	Please follow the cones and signage around the outside of the school to our Community Use entrance at the side of our gym.
3.	Please wear a mask, sanitize your hands and maintain social distancing in the gym. There will be signage on display to remind everyone to keep 2 metres apart from others.
4.	Submit documents and photocopies to complete registration.

Wednesday, January 27th - IN SCHOOL OFFICE

12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

1.	Please ensure you bring: Original documentation and photocopies for our office to keep.
2.	Please follow the cones and signage to our front entrance. Please line up outside and ensure social distancing. Each parent/guardian will be greeted at the front door.
3.	Please be sure to wear a mask and sanitize your hands upon entering our building. NOTE: Only one parent/guardian will be allowed in the front entrance to complete registration.
4.	If there is no line up please call the school at 250-658-5238 to let us know you are waiting outside to register your child.

Thursday, January 27th - IN SCHOOL OFFICE

2.	Please follow the cones and signage to our front entrance. Please line up outside social distancing. Each parent/guardian will be greeted at the front door.
3.	Please be sure to wear a mask and sanitize your hands upon entering our building. NOTE: Only one parent/guardian will be allowed in the front entrance to complete registration.
4.	If there is no line up please call the school at 250-658-5238 to let us know you are waiting outside to register your child.

Note: ALL In-catchment students will automatically be accepted upon receipt of the required documentation.

Please be assured that there is no need to feel rushed or stressed about securing a placement.

Please dress to be outdoors as a socially distanced lineup can be expected.

To expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form in advance and bring along with originals of documentation AND one set of photocopies for office to file (if possible).
