LEPAC General Meeting
Our LEPAC General Meeting for November was held on November 10th. Minutes from the meeting will be posted on our LEPAC minutes page as always once they have been approved at the December meeting.
Our next meeting will be December 8th at 6:30 in the Learning Commons. We will keep you posted as we will be using Sign-up Genius to ensure safe numbers and there will also be a Zoom meeting available for you to join in remotely.
Fundraisers
Purdys Chocolate
Thank you to everyone who has already placed orders. The Purdys Chocolate campaign gives 25% of the profit back to LEPAC. Orders must be submitted by November 25th.
Please remember to include your child’s name and class in the Additional Info box so that orders can be delivered directly to your student. If you added your child’s name and class, the order will arrive home with your child on December 4th.
For information about how to order use this link. To order now, click here. Campaign Number 56392
Country Grocer
Please continue to send your Country Grocer Receipts to school with your child in a ziploc bag. LEPAC will earn 2% of every dollar you spend until the end of December. This money goes to helping support initiatives such as emergency lunches and families in need.
Thrifty’s Smile Card
Don’t forget to load your Thrifty Foods Smile Cards! LEPAC earns a percentage every time you do! All Kindergarten Parents received one in the past week. If you have lost yours and need a new one please contact lochsidepac63@gmail.com for a new one.
Lochside Apparel
If your order is a surprise for your student, please contact lochsidepac63@gmail.com to let us know, otherwise when your items are ready they will be delivered to the children’s classrooms.
Weekly Updates
Communication is so important this year! If any of your Lochside parent friends are not receiving our emails, please forward on this link so that they can subscribe to our updates.
Parking Lot
Thank you to all those who are “Driving to the rocks” in our parking lot. Please remind any family members or caregivers that help with pickup and drop off about pulling their cars forward as close to the rocks as possible and never to stop on the yellow lines.
The drop off lane is only meant for children who do not need assistance getting in and out of the car so that the driver can remain seated and ready to pull away.
Also, a reminder there is no parking on the South side of Lochside Dr (the school side). This is for the safety of the children and trail users.
