Welcome back Lochside families!

We are all very excited to be back in school tomorrow and look forward to reconnecting with parents, children and staff.  Here are a few important things to to please note for this coming week:

IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM ADMINISTRATION
In response to returning to school after job action, Mrs. O'Leary and Ms. Norris will be sending all parents a letter to provide specific information about any adjustments to schedules and planned activities such as early dismissal days, Pro-D days and potential changes to dates for planned activities.  There are some details that will need to be decided with staff; and others that will be decided by the Board of Education. For that reason, the letter will be sent out on Monday afternoon, once staff have had a chance to consult and develop consensus on  specific timelines and dates.  The school's highest priority is to fully place attention on helping students settle into routines and support learning and growth.  Please don't hesitate to contact Mrs. O'Leary or Ms. Norris with any concerns once you have received their letter.

LEPAC MEETING THIS WEDNESDAY
We will be holding our general LEPAC meeting this Wednesday, November 20th from 6:30-8:00pm.  It is a great way to meet our administration, know what is going and be a part of important discussions that effect our children.  Everyone is welcome and child care will be provided

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED THIS TUESDAY
On Tuesday, Nov. 19 we are expecting our Fresh to You fundraiser produce order.  I’m seeking a few more volunteers to help on that afternoon with bundling/giving out the orders.  If you’re available to help anytime between 1-3 pm that afternoon, please email us at lochsidepac63@gmail.com.

FRESH TO YOU FUNDRAISER
Just a reminder that your Fresh to You produce order will be ready for pick up on Tuesday, November 19th after school.
Orders can be picked up by the Kindergarten door until 3:30 pm.  After this time, your order may be picked up from your child’s classroom.

CUPCAKE CONTAINERS
Attention: All families who donated cupcakes for our Halloween party.  If you forgot to bring home your cupcake containers, they will be located in the LEPAC kitchen to be picked up. We would like to have all containers picked up by the end of the week.  Thank you for your yummy donations!!!!

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR CANCELED
Unfortunately due to the strike, we were unable to provided our annual fall book fair that was originally scheduled on the school calendar last week.  We will let you know when we have solidified our spring book fair dates.  Thank you for your understanding.
