What an amazing last day of school today. The final assembly was such a beautiful way to end such a great year! Thank you to all Lochside staff who organized a great event. We also wish the best of luck to all our grade 5 students and those families who have 'graduated' from Lochside this year. You will be missed!
As we end the school year, we would like to thank all LEPAC volunteers for your dedication, time, energy and sacrifice. We appreciate each and every one of you!
We would like to take this opportunity to highlight one of our amazing parent volunteers who will be leaving us this year.
Carolyn Phillips has dedicated the last 6 years in coordinating and participating in the Morning Watch Program. She has spent 3 or more mornings a week volunteering her time making sure that our children arrive safely to school by recording their arrivals. She knows most of the students names and our children know her! She has always welcomed the students with a big smile which has created a wonderful and inviting atmosphere. She also volunteered for every Halloween dance, book fair, Staff appreciation, etc. Lochside will not be the same without her and she will be deeply missed. Thank you for everything!!!!

A few reminders!
LASP Summer Camps
If you are still looking for child care over the summer months, Lochside Afterschool Program still has a few spots available. This summer program is open to any Lochside student from kindergarten to grade 5. In particular week 3 (July 15-19), week 4 (July 22-26), week 5 (July 29-Aug2) and week 6 (Aug 5-9) still have space available. Spots are filled on a first come basis. School Supplies
Online ordering for school supplies is now live! You can find the school supply lists on the Lochside webpage or there are hard copies at the school. You can click this link https://bts.monk.ca/shop to order and the Lochside code is 33770C. You simply enter the code, pick the grade and all supplies will be delivered to the school, stress free! Paper orders are due June 14th, and online orders July 19th.
