Watch for immunization packages for students in Kindergarten to Grade 4 who are behind on their immunizations. Students will be offered immunizations at a public health office with the consent of a parent, guardian or representative. Parent(s), guardians or representatives will be required to accompany students to the public health immunization appointment.
Students
who are up to date on their immunizations
will receive a record of immunization. Please keep this record to
provide to your child’s school this fall.
First
Nations children who receive health services in their communities may
be able to access immunization records and services at their
Community Health Centers.
