URGENT NEED FOR HALLOWEEN VOLUNTEERS
Our annual Halloween party is TOMORROW (Thursday) and there are still volunteer positions needed. As it stands right now, we will not be able to run the cupcake walk for the full evening. For those who have attended in previous years, the cupcake walk is the kids favourite event! We have a committee that has spend months preparing for this amazing event but this event can only be successfully executed with volunteers from our parent community.
We need the following positions still filled:
Food Service 7-8pm (4 more people)
Cupcake Walk 5:30-6:30pm (3 more people)
Cupcake Walk 7:30-8:00pm (3 more people)
Clean Up 8-8:30pm (6 more people)

Please bring your 1 dozen cupcakes to the kitchen on the morning of Thursday, October 18th between 8:00-10:30am
