THANK YOU's

LEPAC would like to send out a big thank you to our Health Committee for organizing and running our very successful Walk and Wheel to School week!!!!  We appreciate the time that Jodi H., Tina L., and Heather G. always put in to making our school and it's community so successful! We would also like thank the CRD and Island Health for the Celebration Stations on Wednesday.  We also want to extend our gratitude to Erika M., and Joan O., for their time and support in this project.

 

Thank you Kirsty and Christie for organizing another successful fun lunch as well as to all the volunteers who helped in the kitchen or distributed food.  I know the students appreciate you as well!!

 

 

Halloween Harry Potter Dance

Our annual Lochside Halloween event has become one of our biggest events of the year! It is a great community evening filled with fun, delicious food, dancing, games and prizes. This is an event you do not want to miss. It’s a wonderful way to connect with Lochside families and to have fun with friends!  

  • $5 per person entry fee

  • suggested donation of $5 per person for a meal (pizza/hot dog, carrots, chips)

  • Harry Potter raffle ($2 per ticket)

  • 5:30-8pm on October 18th

 

VOLUNTEERING

1) CUPCAKES DONATIONS NEEDED

Please bring your 1 dozen cupcakes to the kitchen on the morning of Thursday, October 18th between 8:00-10:30am

 

2) SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER DURING THE HALLOWEEN EVENT

In order to successfully put on such a big and fun event, we need parent volunteers.  It's a great way to not only provide a fun evening for our kids but also connect with the Lochside community!!  Please click on the provided link below and sign up for a shift or 2!!! Fresh To You Fundraiser

Get your BC fruit and veggies here!  In partnership with the BC School Fruit & Vegetable Nutritional Program, LEPAC is selling veggie/fruit bundles to raise money for our school and to support the grade 5 Camp Thunderbird trip.  Please see the attached order form for more information. Orders are due October 22nd. If you are able to help unload and assemble our produce delivery (date in November to be confirmed), please email lepacvolunteers@gmail.com.

Healthy School Committee
