It’s the last week of school! Please read on for this week’s update:
Thrifty Food Smile Cards
Our 2016/17 Thrifty Foods Smile Card fundraising period has now ended, but great news - you can now use your Smile Card all summer and begin contributing to the 2017/18 fundraising goal! We receive 5% of the amount loaded on to cards and funds raised are used to benefit Lochside students.
End of Year BBQ
Thanks to everyone who came out on Friday night to enjoy the annual LEPAC Year End BBQ. The weather was fabulous and a great time was had by all. A special thanks to all of the parent and student volunteers who made the event such a success!
BOKS
Thank you to Amy Guest and Christy Hryhoruk for providing the BOKS before school activity-based program on Tuesdays and Fridays. What a great way for our kids to start their morning and for us to avoid the parking lot! The Healthy School Committee plans to offer this program again in the fall. If you’re interested in helping out (even for only a couple of sessions), please contact Jodi Holland for more information at jodiholland1@gmail.com.
Unplug & Play
Unplug & Play will continue all summer long at Lochside. Come join friends for some outdoor fun every Sunday from 1-3pm.
Courtyard Help Needed
Our courtyard will be in need of maintenance this summer. We are hoping to find some parents to mow and tend the courtyard a few times over the season. If you are able to help, please contact Erika at the school.
